This annual event showcases groundbreaking innovations in design and product offerings, making it a must-attend for Indian manufacturers seeking to stay ahead of global trends in the ceramics industry. Cersaie focuses on ceramic tiles and bathroom furnishings. The dates for 2024 are September 23- 27th.
2. Tecnargilla – Rimini, Italy (September)
Tecnargilla is a premier trade show for ceramic and tile manufacturing technologies, offering insights into the latest machinery. It is essential for Indian manufacturers seeking technological advancements in ceramics. It is also organised in the month of September but not every year; once in 2 or 3 years. Good thing is that one can cover this tech exhibition along with Cersaie event.

3. Marmomac – Verona, Italy (September)
As the largest exhibition for natural stones, including marble and granite, Marmomac attracts stone professionals and architects. It’s a key event for stone manufacturers.
Cersaie and Marmomac can be covered together. You make your stay arrangement near Bologna and after investing 2 days in Cersaie, you can go to Marmomac. And in 2025, you can club Tecnagrilla also by smart planning.

5. Coverings – USA (rotating locations, April)
Coverings is North America’s top event for tile and stone products. It provides networking opportunities for Indian manufacturers looking to enter the North American market.
6. Domotex – Hannover, Germany

7. The International Surface Event (TISE) – Las Vegas, USA (January-February)

12. EISENWARENMESSE – Cologne, Germany (March)
EISENWARENMESSE (German word pronounced as “Eye-zen-vah-ren-mess-uh” means ‘Hardware Fair’) is the world’s largest event for hardware and DIY products. Although DIY is not common in India, looking at poor installation and lack of qualified skilled installers, OTF feels that easy-to-install products can no longer be ignored by the Indian market.

14. Indian Ceramics Asia – Gandhinagar, India (February)

16. StoneMart – Jaipur, India (Once in 2 years, February)
StoneMart is India’s premier exhibition for natural stone, focusing on granite, marble, and stone tiles. Indian stone manufacturers and exporters can connect with international buyers.
Apart from these, the Matecia (New Delhi) exhibition is also gaining popularity and attracting brands and professionals.
When OTF team spoke to Dinesh Vyas, author and Industry expert, who is also a cofounder of ONTHEFLOOR, about his views, he said “Attending industry leading trade shows is crucial not only for manufacturers and technology partners but also for designers, architects, and those creating the best stall designs at exhibitions.”
On being asked about his personal experience, he added “Apart from exposure to new products and trends, I get valuable insights into product display ideas, POS collaterals, and stall designs too. Then, while connecting with design houses, you get fresh perspectives and innovative ideas. Exchange of Ideas with trendsetters is a bonus!”
